- Furnaces – Check the operation of your furnace, change the filter, and schedule an annual inspection.
- Water Heaters – Drain your water-heater to remove sediment build up.
- Carbon Monoxide & Fire Alarms – make sure your CO detectors and fire alarms are functioning properly. Change the battery if they are not hardwired in. Click here for more information on CO Safety.
- Cover and Protect Your Air Conditioning Unit.
- Have Your Gas Fireplace Cleaned and Inspected
- Shut down exterior water supplies, drain hoses and store for the winter.
- Clean eavestroughs so that winter melt-water can flow properly.
