Great Feedback From Budget Propane Ontario Customer

Good Afternoon

My wife Joan and I would like to thank Budget Propane for the excellent service within the past few months.

We realize with the frigid cold temperatures, the large snow falls and the Christmas holiday season, the challenges to your company must have been enormous.  In particular I would like to thank "Don Saari" for arranging for the installation of a tank monitor on Dec. 27th, 2013. Unfortunately that date had to be cancelled that morning by Budget Propane due to weather conditions and demand for priority service.  A second date was arranged for Friday January 3rd and we drove two hours to be there for the appointment. The service technician politely called us late in the afternoon as a courtesy call to advise us he was a distance away on a service call and may not be able to make our appointment.  Assuming the appointment would have to be re-scheduled, we were surprised when a Budget Propane employee came to the door a few hours later. He said he was not the service technician who was booked for the appointment but had received the call while he was in Orillia to assist the service technician with our appointment.  Unfortunately I do not recall his name but he had already attached the monitor and only needed to set up the monitor inside and test it. 

I was very impressed by the team effort to ensure we received our service that day.

On a more recent occasion, Jan. 6th we called your office in Gravenhurst and requested a propane refill.  The customer service person inquired as to our propane level and then advised us it may be a couple of weeks as they had to service the customers with lower propane levels first.  My wife and I fully understood.  We were very shocked to find within a few days the propane tank had been refilled.

I would just like to compliment those involved and Budget Propane for the excellent service and the impressive way they responded to our requests. Please pass on our appreciation to everyone involved.
