"Late yesterday I put in a late call for a refill of our propane tank, there was a long power outage and with the heating and generator we were using fuel fast.

Though it was late in the day, and a Monday when I’m guessing the phones don’t stop ringing, my call to the service department was answered so promptly and so nicely I was delighted. Within minutes service checked with dispatch to see if a truck was headed our way, and with enough fuel to add to our tank. I was told they would aim to get the tank filled same day out at the latest next morning. I felt very reassured and confident in the follow through.

Later that evening around 5 we noticed a truck turning around by the cottage and low and behold it was your delivery truck. I gave your driver gentleman a thumbs up as he prepares to fill the ‘torpedo’ he smiled and before I knew the tank was filled and he was gone.

I’m sitting here warm and cosy appreciating how fortunate I am, and wanted to express my thanks to your excellent team."

Once again, it is time to say thank you for continued service of my propane needs.

It is always a treat to hear a pleasant voice on the phone whenever I call.

Recently I had a service call regarding a new generator inspection. I spoke to Dana when the date was set-up and Neil did the inspection on December 2nd. Both were friendly and competent.

Thanks and a tip-of-the-hat to an excellent example of how to conduct a service business.

I called about my account and was wondering about my seasonal bill. One of your representatives (Nicole) helped me to find out about my year to year bill ...she was very friendly and helpful... it's just nice dealing with someone genuine..thank you.

I had the good fortune of speaking with Jo when I phoned to have my tanks filled. There was some urgency to have the tanks filled as Stevenson's plumbing was going to open the cottage when the ice went out on Gull Lake. Jo made some inquiries to see if Budget could step up the timing of the fill-up. It is a rarity these days for customers of any business to receive polite, courteous and caring service. I must say that Jo's telephone mannerism checked off all those boxes.

We contacted Budget's Sales Rep, Kyle, after having a very disappointing experience with another local propane supplier. He arrived at our home on time and explained everything very well answering all our questions. He made the necessary arrangements to install our tank and kept us informed. The installer, Colin, was great and had us all set up in a very short time even though it was a very cold day. The receptionist was very friendly and hearing we were new to the area gave me some "local" suggestions. This company offers VERY good customer service!
