I want to leave feedback on one of your technicians who came to our home yesterday to install an additional propane tank and to set up the connections for our conversion to a propane furnace. Ray was outstanding. We encountered a problem with the propane line that had been installed and he worked tirelessly to find a solution to make sure that we could be set up for the new furnace connection. He went above and beyond my expectations. The project took a lot longer to complete than was planned for and Ray worked through his lunch break to get the job completed.

I had heard that Budget had good employees and my experience to date has certainly demonstrated that. Many thanks to Ray for his persistence and dedication. It is appreciated.

First of all I would like to thank you for your prompt and great service.

Secondly, I have a suggestion. If you like, I am interested in putting a sign in front of my property to show that my heating system changed to Budget Propane as an advertising tool. Please advise.
