As new Budget Propane customers We want you to know that we are very pleased with the quality of service your company has provided to us this far, from the initial call to Kyle being quick and efficient he was out to our location the day I spoke with him after learning we had no heat. We sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and the way we have been treated since we switched providers for propane.

Shawn was very polite, well mannered fast and efficient, he explained everything I needed to know even taught me a few things about propane I didn’t know. He was very patient with my barking dog.. and I can’t express enough how much I appreciated his fast and efficient service knowing that I needed to return back to work. It isn’t very often that we come across employees that have this much self pride and respect.

This is a pleasant notification to inform you of the service I received on July 3rd at my home address. I was having a tank removed and your tank installed, the service technicians were absolutely top notch. I believe his name was Shawn and unfortunately I cannot remember his apprentice's name. They were both polite, very knowledgeable about rules, regulations and followed them to a tee. I believe they went well beyond what they had to do for this particular installation with a high degree of professionalism.

I will highly recommend your service to my friends around the lake.
