Thanks for taking care of this for me.  The truck was there 10 minutes after we finished our conversation.  Now that’s efficiency!  The phone number that you have for Sarah is correct and the mailing address you have is also correct.  Sarah tells me that she has returned the paperwork a couple of times so is puzzled as to what has happened.  She assured me that she would be in touch with you to sort the issue out.  Hopefully that will happen and we will not find ourselves in a similar situation again.  It is my experience that Sarah will respond quickly to a text. No quite so quick on answering phone messages.

THANK YOU!!!

 I called your office today to advise that my propane level was at 32% which was of concern to me given that our power was out and our generator was running. It seems given the damage from today's wind storm would leave us without power for several days and our generator running. I asked that when your truck was in the neighbourhood could he come by and fill me up. There was no immediate need and navigation difficult given the storm damage. Much to my pleasant surprise propane was delivered a couple of hours later!! Customer service par excellance under difficult circumstances.

THANKS Budget and also to the driver who persevered with this delivery!!!

This is a fan letter. Please know how grateful I am for the excellent service your company has provided for me for many years - since 2006 - and especially for the regular delivery by your driver, Steve. In all seasons, in all conditions, and sometimes in very difficult circumstances - here he is, efficient, cheerful, and welcome. He, and you, assure me of heat for my house, cooking facilities, and hot water; it is no joke to contemplate being without. This winter especially he has been a welcome sight in our driveway. Not only that, he always has a dog biscuit in his pocket for our dog.

Hello,

I've wanted to thank Budget for the excellent service and great staff I've encountered, but only found out who to write to recently. I'm a very happy Budget customer for many reasons, but the first is your wonderful staff. Last year I miscalculated my wood supply (or was outsmarted by a winter that never wanted to leave), and hung in, doling out the propane carefully, calling the 1-800 number regularly to check the litre price.   Everyone was very patient with me, answering my "crystal ball" questions as best they could! 

This year the wood I'd ordered got damaged by the long wet summer and it looked like it would be a propane winter, so I got on the phone to get the price locked in and it was done immediately. Then came your letter offering a bonus, and I wrestled with that one because I live way out here on a tertiary road/goat track and municipal ploughing is not predictable (although they do a great job), and didn't want to waste anyone's time by being inaccessible. After discussing it at length with Lisa at the 1-800 number, she assured me it would be no problem, so being a bargain-hunter by nature I went with it, and I thank you for your generosity.  I've worked in enough places to know that the person at the top sets the tone for the whole place, so good job!

Good morning.

I just want to express my sincere appreciation and a big thank you to Ron who delivered propane this a.m. to our address just outside of Coldwater. It was a challenge for Ron to turn around that big truck and to get out of my"gently sloped" driveway with the added challenge of a tight turn. With the help of his shovel, sand, and a few buckets of ashes, he persevered and headed out - but he was in fine humour the entire time. THANK YOU!!! Ron is an employee you should be proud of.
