This is a fan letter.
Please know how grateful I am for the excellent service your company has provided for me for many years - since 2006 - and especially for the regular delivery by your driver, Steve Biddell. In all seasons, in all conditions, and sometimes in very difficult circumstances - here he is, efficient, cheerful, and welcome. He, and you, assure me of heat for my house, cooking facilities, and hot water; it is no joke to contemplate being without. This winter especially he has been a welcome sight in our driveway.
Not only that, he always has a dog biscuit in his pocket for our dog.
