At Budget Propane, we understand that Central Ontario’s residents have varying propane needs and diverse contractual preferences. For this reason, we provide our customers with five different propane delivery options to choose from:
Automatic Delivery: Using a state-of-the-art forecasting system, our propane tank operators can predict when your household’s supply of propane will start running low and automatically deliver new propane gas to your property. Alternatively, a tank monitor can be used to alert us when your propane tank is below one-third capacity and could use a refill.
Timed Delivery: If you use propane for just one or two appliances, you may prefer to arrange to have your propane supply refilled at certain times throughout the year. If you are running low on propane at any other time of the year, you can simply place an order and we will arrange the delivery of additional fuel.
Will Call Delivery: If your propane use varies from month to month and our automatic delivery plan does not appeal to you, will call delivery may better suit your preferences. With this option, you monitor your own propane supply levels and alert us when you are in need of a propane refill.
Fall Delivery: For homeowners who use propane primarily for central heating, this option serves as the seasonally adjusted “automatic delivery” plan. Once fall rolls around, we will start delivering propane to your door whenever our forecasting or monitoring system indicates that you need a refill. Once the weather warms up and you decide you will not need propane until the cold comes again, deliveries will be suspended until the start of next fall.
Non Winter Access Delivery: If you live in a part of Ontario that is inaccessible to mot traffic during the winter time, this is the plan for you. We will be sure to refill your propane supply in November, but you will have to arrange for emergency delivery if you need any propane between then and spring.
Budget Propane offers 24 hour “emergency” service: Throughout the winter months, budget ensures that there is a truck on the road 24/7 to ensure that you will receive a delivery when you need it most.
