  9. Dual-fuel Systems - high-efficiency air pump in tandem with a high-efficiency propane furnace 
  10. Water Heating - a proane tankless unit over an electric tank has a payback of 5 years and a savings in CO2 of 0.6 metric tons. The propane units have longer life expectancy and delivers hot water at nearly triple the hourly rate.
